We collect your information to pre-underwrite the file to our investment specifications ensuring a proper fit.

We generally can underwrite a full file within 48 to 72 hours.

03. LOI to Closing

After validation of the underwriting file, we consult with you and may offer a full engagement. From this point we will refine and move the credit request through the closing process.
